A familiar refrain

Maybe someone in Gahmen reads my blog:

Earlier in his speech, Defence Minister Teo Chee Hean had highlighted the challenges the country faces and the importance of defence and security.

“We’ve shown that given no chance to have a bright future, we created one for ourselves,” said Mr Teo.

“So nothing is impossible. It depends on human ingenuity and imagination, your willingness to work and to work together to make things happen,” he added.

Or maybe they knew this all along. Nonetheless, it does sound rather familiar.

    Hello,

wanted to comment on that NUS law student’s LJ but can’t so dropping a short note here.

What’s the problem with these kids anyway, it seems that the elites of the 37th ranked University in the world are afraid to hold their own against some unranked boutique university’s yet to be fully formed law school. What kind of nonsense are they displaying….?

    Ahh…ok done with my rhetoric.

I must add that although most of them are very Inteligent and talented, they would still lose out to a law graduate from a double degree program, I would reckon that.

I have no beef since I no law student, just that I kan bu shuang the kid’s attitude.
