		<description>Well, what do you expect from a society where the practice has grown of an acquaintances you haven't met for a long time with the statement or question "Has your place gone en bloc yet?", in much the same manner  as "Taken your lunch?". Indeed, it is almost a "curse" to be greeted in that manner if you are in the anti-en bloc camp.</description>

		<description>Well its hardly surprising that he thinks the way he does considering the "pro-enbloc" sentiment that appears to be prevalent. ST seems to paint a rather unflattering picture of those who seek to challenge a collective sale agreement for some reason.</description>
